The global business awards celebrate the boldest and most innovative businesses and decision-makers in mature and emerging markets. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by Financial Times editor Lionel Barber on 25 February at the Tate Modern, London.
The Financial Times will publish a bespoke magazine and micro-site containing news and results from the event following the awards ceremony.
Braben's brief will be to publicise the event, winners and speakers to the international business community, and to provide support at the event.
The appointment by the Financial Times is the latest addition to Braben's media business portfolio, which includes CNBC, and comes off the back of a pan-European campaign this autumn for the new-look Wall Street Journal.
The account will be led by Braben MD Matt Bourn.
