STOP PRESS: New role for Bolt at Department of Culture

Paul Bolt, head of broadcast policy for the Department of Culture Media and Sport, has been appointed as the department’s director of strategy and communications. He will oversee a 30-strong team charged with long-term presentational strategy as well as day-to-day media relations and communications. Andrew Marre, the outgoing director of informationhas been appointed to handle a short-term media project for the Cabinet office.
