He will work across the Creston companies to research views about the industry on the role that digital is going to play in the clinical setting. He will also aim to create a cross-company strategy for digital among the Group's individual companies, which include Red Door Communications and PAN Advertising.
He joins from his role as CEO and editor in chief at Onmedica Group.
Abbasi is a qualified hospital doctor and will also take a second role as medical director.
He will continue in his role as editor of the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine and as a lecturer at Imperial College and Westminster University.
