London student guide Fresh Direction is scouting for a PR company
to get its name known among both potential marketers and readers.
The listings title goes out free to 45,000 18-24-year-olds each term and
contains updates on the city’s gigs, clubs, restaurants and bars.
Paul Russell, managing director of Fresh Direction’s publishing company
Antonville has allocated around pounds 10,000 a month for a two to three
month campaign. He hopes to increase recognition of the title among both
students and the media industry.
The guide is distributed free in 800 colleges, restaurants, clubs,
Internet cafes, cinemas, record shops and bars across London. Aside from
a listings section Fresh Direction has regular sections on travel,
fashion and food.
