Lansons retains Moneysupermarket.com consumer brief

Lansons Communications has been retained by Moneysupermarket.com to support its financial services consumer PR after a competitive pitch.

Moneysupermarket.com's director of comms Ian Williams confirmed that Lansons had held on to the account after a three month pitch process. The agency was already working with the price comparison site promoting its loans, credit cards and other financial services to consumers.

Tulchan Communications remains the firm's City agency. It also used 3 Monkeys for travel-related PR and uses Eulogy on a project basis.

Lansons will report into Williams, who himself joined the firm from Lansons in March 2008.

The site was one of Lansons' first digital clients as the agency helped support the comparison website's launch in 1999.
