STOP PRESS: Tavistock writes proposal for Siberian work

Tavistock Communications has put forward proposals for an inward investment campaign for the Siberian district of Krasnoyarsk, whose governor, General Aleksandr Lebed, is the man tipped to succeed Boris Yeltsin as Russian president. Tavistock director Hamish McFall said: ’They are looking for PR advisers, but no decision has been made yet.’
