France’s road safety agency, Securite routiere, has shortlisted
agencies for its PR and advertising accounts. Those pitching for the PR
account include incumbent Moreau Lascombe GCI, BDDP Corporate, BBDO
Corporate, Hintzy Heymann et Hieaux Reus Partners. The account for
public information campaigns is being reviewed, following the expiry of
Moreau Lascombe’s contract, which was signed in 1995 for a three-year
period. The combined advertising and PR budget is understood to be
pounds 3 million.
