Chelgate has recruited former Hong Kong journalist and TV current affairs presenter Lorna Workman as vice-president of its Singapore office, which opened last week. Singapore is Chelgate’s third office after Hong Kong and London. Workman reports to Frank Wingate, the Hong Kong-based executive and vice-president for Chelgate Asia. Between 1992 and 1994 she was external affairs information co-ordinator for European Union programmes in Vietnam. Chelgate chairman Terence Fane-Saunders said the agency would shortly announce a fourth office in Asia
