BORDER LINES: PARIS: Five leave Text 100 over structure

Five members of staff have been asked to leave Text 100’s French office because of management differences. They include the agency’s only account directors Philippe Gaspard and Cateline Chapuis-Leveque, who reported directly to managing director Patrick Frison-Roche. He said: ’We have agreed to disagree with them.’ He added that Text 100 is in the process of changing its internal structure. The account executive and account manager positions are being merged into the single position of consultant, reporting to senior consultants - formerly known as account directors.
