The FPA, the former Family Planning Association, is seeking a head

of press and PR to run its three-strong department, as well as a press

officer.

This follows the departures of press manager Clodagh Corcoran and press

and public affairs officer Sally Dobson and coincides with a more

proactive era for the FPA. The sexual health organisation rebranded last

summer and will launch Love Stings, an initiative to raise the awareness

of sexually transmitted infections, on Valentine’s Day. The two recruits

will join press office assistant Brenda Allen and report to

communications head Sarah Wootton.
