Border Lines: BOMBAY - O&M wins Asian Paints job

India’s largest paint company Asian Paints has retained its first PR agency, Ogilvy and Mather PR, following a change in management. Managing director and chairman Ashwin Choksi took over the company, which has 40 per cent of the decorative paints market, in late August. O&M will help to build the image of the new management and handle consumer PR. O&M is also helping Asian Paints to fight an attempt by ICI to buy ten per cent of its shares.
