BORDER LINES: BRUSSELS - PRP merges with Beauchez

Belgium agency PRP, which registered an annual fee income of pounds 886,000 last year, has merged with independent culture, healthcare and food specialist Beauchez Belgium. Following the merger, which took effect on 1 August, PRP employed 20 staff and its annual income totalled pounds 1.2 million. PRP specialises in crisis, corporate, and internal communications, and public affairs. Beauchez add healthcare firm Akzo Nobel, the European Commission’s Agriculture directorate to PRP’s client list, which includes manufacturing giant 3M. Beauchez Brussels founders Roel Renard and Francine Robbens are now senior consultants in PRP.
