PUBLIC SECTOR: Save the Children looks for campaigns head

Save the Children is looking for a replacement for the head of its newly established Campaigns Unit following the impending departure of Jennie Meadows to Sight Savers International. Meadows joins the organisation, the UK’s leading charity combating blindness in developing countries, as its fundraising and communications director in April. Save the Children’s Campaigns Unit - set up six months ago - employs six people and reports to the charity’s media relations head Paulette Cohen, who is due to arrive next month and will oversee Meadows’ successor.
