Waggener Edstrom's digital arm Studio D recruits digital guru Jon Silk

Studio D, the global digital arm of Waggener Edstrom, has appointed Jon Silk as senior digital consultant.

Silk joins Waggener Edstrom from Lewis PR where he was creative director. He will join the 80-strong digital team to lead creative campaigns and provide senior counsel to clients.

Studio D director Arran Riddle said: 'Jon is a seasoned consultant who's been part of the digital communications vanguard for years, and all of our regional clients will benefit from his expertise.'

Silk's appointment follows recent news of three further additions to the Waggener Edstrom senior management team; Annemiek Hamelinck, senior vice president, global analyst relations; Deborah Corcoran as associate director, WE Healthcare Practice, UK; and Bryan Taylor as director of Client Development for EMEA.
