BORDER LINES: PARIS - Grayling to push Oz tourist appeal

The Australian Tourist Commission has chosen Grayling to promote Australia as a tourist destination in France from a three-strong shortlist (PR Week, 26 June). The agency begins work this month on a three-year contract which takes in the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 and coincides with the relaunch next month of Australian airline Quantas’ Paris-Sydney route. The account will be supervised by Grayling managing director Daniel Verpeaux and led by tourism and leisure account manager Bernadette Py.
