Two new appointments bolster Cohn & Wolfe's corporate division

Cohn & Wolfe has boosted its UK corporate practice with two new hires.

Andrew Escott, currently head of commercial relations at the NHS Confederation, joins as a director of corporate affairs.

A former APCO consultant and one of PR Week's ‘Top 29 Under 29' in 2006, he will lead a team focused on strengthening the agency's corporate healthcare offering.

In addtion, Alexandra Jackson-Proes joins as associate director in the corporate practice. Jackson-Proes is most recently a consultant at Brown, Lloyd James and Gavin Anderson. Prior to this she worked as a journalist covering business news for BBC Radio 4 and the Daily Telegraph.

Geoff Beattie, MD of international corporate affairs at Cohn & Wolfe, said: 'Our aim is to attract the best corporate consultants in the business to Cohn & Wolfe. Andrew and Alex definitely fall into that category.'
