this week to form the Flagship Group. The group, worth over pounds 3

million in fees, is chaired by Good Relations founder Tony Good.

Good owned shares in each of the companies except Fox.

The Words Group is a hi-tech specialist agency, Millbank PR specialises

in corporate PR, Matrix is a public affairs specialist and Fox

Presentations stages events.

The agencies merged after shareholders exchanged their shares for equity

in the new group.

Flagship’s client list includes Nestle, Novartis, the Prince’s Trust,

the Health and Safety Executive and BAA.

Millbank head Diana Soltmann becomes CEO of the new group, reporting to

Good. She retains her position as executive director of Millbank.

The heads of each of the companies - Simon Quarendon of Words Group,

Graham Johnson of Matrix and Richard Sargood of Fox - will remain in

their positions.

Soltmann said: ’Flagship is about bringing together the entrepreneurial

spirit of four established companies, combining business acumen and

significant resources.’
