Germany’s biggest PR agencies by fee income for 1997 have topped the league tables again in 1998, according to rankings published last week by Public Relations Report. Porter Novelli-owned Kohtes and Klewes and Hunzinger Information registered the first and second biggest fee incomes, respectively pounds 16.9 million and pounds 11.8 million. Meanwhile, Trimedia jumped from eighth place in 1997 to third. The agency merged with Reporter PR last year. The top 108 German agencies registered an overall fee income of pounds 164 million, up almost pounds 30 million on 1997.
