PUBLIC SECTOR: SEEDA poised to hire media relations head

The South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) is to appoint a media and PR relations head in the next two weeks. The post was created following the 1 April launch of the Guildford-based agency, which will promote development, investment and regeneration in the South East of England. The media relations head, reporting directly to chief executive Anthony Dunnett, will work with SEEDA’s newly-appointed PR agency Countrywide Porter Novelli on projects, in addition to developing a marketing strategy.

The South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) is to appoint

a media and PR relations head in the next two weeks. The post was

created following the 1 April launch of the Guildford-based agency,

which will promote development, investment and regeneration in the South

East of England. The media relations head, reporting directly to chief

executive Anthony Dunnett, will work with SEEDA’s newly-appointed PR

agency Countrywide Porter Novelli on projects, in addition to developing

a marketing strategy.



Countrywide Porter Novelli was appointed in March after a three-way

pitch held in February.
