market against a host of telecoms companies including BT, Mercury and
AT&T, whose PR is now handled by Energis’ former agency Lexis (PR Week,
Jupp plans to highlight the benefits of the company’s fibre optic
network which is installed alongside the National Grid’s electricity
pylon infrastructure. She is also planning to focus on Energis’ customer
service. ‘We want to make a significant impact and you can’t do that
just on price,’ said Jupp, adding that it was now time to ‘put the
record straight’ about Energis.
‘In the past two months the flotation of our parent company meant we
were constrained over what we could say about Energis,’ she said.
‘Now we are showing an immense growth rate it is clear Energis is not a
troubled company but a driving force with the best network.’
