The agency will launch this year's CoolBrands list on 28 September and roll out a media relations programme targeting national and business media.
Threepipe will use digital PR and handle media interviews for CoolBrands spokespeople. It will also work with some of the list's top brands to maximise their awareness.
The CoolBrands list is decided by a council of experts and uses in-depth consumer research. It aims to provide a snapshot of changing brand strength, consumer opinion and changing trends.
Aston Martin has topped the poll for the past two years running, with Apple, Bang and Olufsen and Agent Provocateur also scoring highly.
Eddie May, Threepipe's MD, said: ‘CoolBrands has become a definitive annual snapshot of which brands and companies are making an impact with consumers and brand experts. It will be fascinating to see which brands come out on top.'
CoolBrands is a part of the Superbrands network. The group also researches and collates the lists Superbrands and Business Superbrands. Chief executive Ben Hudson said: ‘Since 2001, the annual CoolBrands list has been eagerly awaited by the media and marketing community.
‘We chose Threepipe to handle this year's launch because of its experience in working with consumer brands across many sectors.'
