STOP PRESS: Pharmaceutical Society promotes Parkin

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, which represents pharmacists, has promoted public relations head Beverley Parkin to the new post of public affairs director. Her post was created during a reorganisation of the society, along with a new directorate of public affairs. The directorate combines external communications, which Parkin previously headed, with responsibility for organising the society’s annual conference, its library and museum, and services to members.
