DIARY: Suzy Lambert

Over time, doubtless many PRs have fantasised about pitching certain journalists off very great heights. Suzy Lambert, PR executive with youth TV channel Trouble, may well have been the first to achieve it. In a canny PR stunt, Lambert persuaded journalists from Maxim, TV Quick, the Express, Marketing and PR Week to bungee jump off a 150ft Trouble-emblazoned crane outside Earl’s Court’s Live Extravaganza 97. Better known for making headlines anonymously, PR Week’s very own production editor Karen Crawcour made a particular splash. ’She is a very elegant jumper,’ Lambert confides.
