Kindred and Threepipe win Enterprising Britain and Make Your Mark campaigns

Enterprise Insight, the charity that runs the Make Your Mark campaign and coordinates Global Enterpreneurship, has called in Kindred and Threepipe.

The two agencies will help the charity promote its expanded brief from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

They won after a pitch that also involved 3 Monkeys, Unity, Colman Getty and Bright Young Things Communications.

Kindred has worked with the charity since 2005 on its Enterprising Britain competition. But it has now been asked to run a new campaign to reframe the recession as a time of entrepreneurial opportunity. It will target people who are at risk of, or have recently been made, redundant.

Threepipe has won its first piece of business with the charity and will promote Make Your Mark’s education activities and its ambassador scheme, to increase levels of entrepreneurship among young people. It will particularly focus on the launch of the Make Your Mark Challenge and raising awareness of the 400+ Make Your Mark Clubs where students ran businesses outside of the classroom.

Both agencies will work on the Global Entrepreneurship Week (16-22 November). They report into Enterprise Insight’s head of communications Hannah Bourne.
