- What is it good for?
Venturi's Table combines the gourmet dining of a top London restaurant with the fun of hands-on cooking in a TV-chef style kitchen. It offers a clever way to entertain clients and journalists.
- Signature dish
We heard great things about its homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli with a brown butter and sage sauce and they were true.
- Who's the boss?
Milanese cook Anna Venturi runs the centre with her daughter Letizia Tufari. Anna has been featured as an expert in Waitrose Food Illustrated, Olive and Good Housekeeping.
- Tips please
The Italian wine tasting is a great way to round off a session.
- What's the damage?
The events cost £135 per person + VAT, which includes private use of the kitchen, tuition, a three-course gourmet meal, half a bottle of wine per person and a recipe booklet. Venturi's Table is offering PRWeek readers 20 per cent off the total cost of a gourmet cookery event for bookings confirmed before the end of October 2009.
