the industry’s future leaders.

PRCA deputy director Damian Beeley said the association was concerned

about awareness among junior consultancy executives of its work.

’Given that they are the future of the industry, we should be addressing

them and not just their seniors,’ said Beeley.

The committee, chaired by Leadbetter PR senior account executive

Bernadette McAndrew, met this week to decide what form the campaign

should take.

Measures proposed included launching an awards scheme, establishing an

’e-mail’ communications group and organising a social event such as a

treasure hunt. A budget of around pounds 10,000 has been earmarked for

the campaign.
