Edelman PR Worldwide is hosting an international summer school for

more than 70 of its senior managers in a bid to tackle cultural issues

which arise in global communications programmes.

Consultants from South America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe

will discuss how a consistent brand message can be communicated across

continents despite cultural differences.

But while the implementation and financing of programmes for global

clients will be the main topic of discussion, the course will also look

at management issues such as team-building, motivation techniques and

on-line communication.

Delegates will be interviewed by a research company, which will publish

a report about good and poor practice in global programmes.
