BORDER LINES: Key buys stake in Integrated

JOHANNESBURG: The Key Communications Group has joined forces with South African PR agency Integrated Communications, buying 30 per cent of the firm’s stock.

JOHANNESBURG: The Key Communications Group has joined forces with

South African PR agency Integrated Communications, buying 30 per cent of

the firm’s stock.



UK-based Key Communications’ CEO Colin Kent said the deal will have

mutual benefits for both agencies, adding that they will be starting a

training programme for the 18-strong South African agency in the near

future. Integrated Communications, which has annual fees of around

pounds 650,000, comprises two offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, and

has clients including Nike and Energiser batteries.
