The agency won a competitive pitch to help raise the profile of the Viz brand both to the business-to-business and consumer sectors.
It will oversee a national PR campaign to support an exhibition of Viz characters and artwork launching in November and a focused PR campaign around the Viz comic book annual Council Gritter published in August.
Midas previously worked with the comic to launch its Roger Mellie's Profanisaurus book in 2007.
