The agency won the brief following a competitive pitch. KTB has been called in to raise awareness of the 2010 Ryder Cup among key audiences.
The agency will work alongside the existing in-house team and retained agency Freshwater on the initial eight-week brief.
The focus of the brief will be on driving awareness in specific target groups across Continental Europe in addition to the UK.
The 2010 Ryder Cup will be played in Wales' Celtic Manor Resort from 1-3 October 2010. The event pits the leading golfers from Europe against those of the US every two years.
