Ketchum brings in digital media chief from US.

Ketchum Europe has named Fernando Rizo as head of digital media. Rizo moved from the agency's global headquarters in the US, where he served as a senior interactive specialist for Ketchum's Interactive Strategies Group.

Speed Communications will work with Michelle Dewberry, 2006 winner of TV reality show The Apprentice, on the launch of her new website Chiconomise. The idea for the site came from a bargain-hunters newsletter Dewberry once created. The site will combine business content with fashion and lifestyle elements.

Prompt has been appointed as UK PR agency for IT business Corizon. The company create solutions to integrate business applications with computer desktops to ensure ease of use.

Yahoo has named Eric Channing Brown as V-P of global comms, corporate reputation management and social media outreach. He will be based in the company's California HQ from next month.

Lockheed Martin UK has recruited Simon Hill to head communications activities for its information systems and global services division. Hill has 20 years of experience in IT services and technology.

Brands2Life has won an account to raise the profile of Livebookings, Europe's largest online reservations service for the restaurant industry. The company manages bookings for famous restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay Holdings, La Gavroche, The Fat Duck and The Ritz.

Cheapflights.co.uk is claiming to have more Twitter followers than any other price comparison site, with a total of 1,200 people following the flight comparison site's feed.
