Aloka Holding Europe, a diagnostic ultrasound systems provider, has appointed De Facto Communications to handle its PR. Aloka has brought in the healthcare agency to raise the profile of the company across Europe and to promote its range of Prosound systems.

Tudor Reilly has bolstered its team with the appointments of Nicole Yost and Sarah Stanger. Yost joins the healthcare agency as an account director, moving from biotechnology firm BTG, where she was head of marketing. Stanger joins as an account manager from Grayling, where she worked as account director.

Burt's Bees, the skincare brand, has called in healthcare agency Pegasus to handle consumer press for its range of products. Pegasus will focus on growing the Burt's Bees brand in the UK with a campaign to save the UK honey bee later this year.

Healthsthsthspan, the nutritional supplements firm, has hired Mandate to manage its consumer PR programme in the UK. The campaign is aimed at raising Healthspan's brand profile and promoting the benefits of nutritional supplements to consumers.
