The consumer agency has closed its doors after 18 years of trading. It was headed up by MD Matt Williams and is believed to have had 20 staff.
The agency worked for clients including Playstation, shoe brand Kickers and drinks brand Malibu in the past. It understood the agency was hit by Playstation reducing its budgets.
In January the agency landed an account with Hostelworld.com following a competitive pitch (PRWeek, 28 January 2009).
Three of the agency's staff have gone on to set up their own youth-focused agency called Createlondon. Project manager Thomas Scott, another project manager and project executive have set up the agency.
Williams could be not reached for comment at the time of going to press.
