The Music Manifesto's £40m national singing programme, Sing Up, was launched in 2007 and aims to put singing at the heart of every primary school.

Sing Up is a national singing programme developed by Music Manifesto, which was set up in 2004 and is now led by a voluntary, independent and apolitical 13-strong Partnership and Advocacy Group (MMPAG).

The programme is currently handled by 77PR, who will be repitching. The winning agency will support Sing Up for two years.

The government is providing £10m per year to Sing Up until 2011.
