Lifestyle and Fashion specialist Yellowdoor won the six-figure account in a competitive pitch.
The agency, which was founded by Mary Portas of the BBC series Mary, Queen of Shops, will focus on positioning Swarovski as an affordable luxury brand. Yellowdoor is taking over the account from incumbent The Communications Store.
Yellowdoor's brief includes handling the press, PR and events for couture line Daniel Swarovski and premium lines Crystal Fashion and Crystal Living. The agency will target the glossy and luxury magazines to promote the brand.
Swarovski, which is available in 20 countries, owns 769 boutiques and 550 partner-operated boutiques.
