The Bottom Line Consultancy (BLC) was founded by Barbara Stopher in 1996 and counts Sara Lee Household and Body Care brands, skin care range Sanex and air freshener Ambi Pur, among it clients.

Richmond Towers will continue trading with the BLC name. The deal will see Stopher heading up the BLC at Richmond Towers. She will continue working with the BLC's existing clients and will relocate to the Richmond Towers' offices next month, along with her five staff members.

Richmond Towers was acquired by Ian Jesnick, CEO, and Rob Metcalfe, MD, in a 2006 management buyout. It has a staff of 22, not including BLC, and its client list includes Alpro soya, General Mills and Associated British Foods.
