Fleishman grows med ed team

Fleishman-Hillard has bolstered its team with the appointment of a senior staffer in its medical education division The Remedy.

Paul Burden joins The Remedy as a new business development director. He joins directors Charlotte Florence and Wendy Morris heading up a 23-strong team of account handlers.

Burden was previously head of marketing at pharmaceutical company Mylan's European office, where he oversaw projects in asthma and lung disease. Clients of The Remedy include biopharmaceutical outfit BMS, Boehringer Ingelheim and Takeda.

Burden said that he was taking a ‘back-to-basics approach, looking to secure a couple of quick wins to underpin a growth strategy.'
