The agency won the account following a competitive pitch.
The Opies brand was launched in 1880 and includes condiments, cocktail assortments and the Barry Norman range of pickled onions.
Voice will handle media relations, with a particular focus on food and lifestyle consumer titles. It will also provide exhibition, sponsorship and award support.
The activity will aim to drive awareness of the brand among a younger audience alongside existing customers.
The account will be headed up by Voice MD Nichola Cain, who will report into Opies MD William Opie.
