Video publisher Contender has briefed the agency to handle brand activation and press office support for the home entertainment launch of Twilight.
The vampire-romance flick is the runaway US box office hit of the year.
It is based on the books by Stephenie Meyer and made £46m in its opening weekend, more than the latest James Bond film. It premiered in the UK last week.
Mischief won the six-month account following a four-way pitch.
