Fleishman boosts healthcare group

Fleishman-Hillard has recruited four new members of staff for its health team, as well as various internal promotions.

Charlotte Florence has been announced as director and joins the agency from Burson-Marsteller, where she was as an associate director. She has also previously worked as a clinical research scientist for GlaxoSmithKline.

Charlotte Shyllon has started her role in the company as associate director. She joins the team after 15 years communications experience, both in house and consultancy.

Amie Hales also joins as account manager, while Jen Shiba has been appointed as a senior account executive.

Lorna Baxter, head of healthcare PR at Fleishman-Hillard said: 'The new hires bring with them a wealth of experience and will be a valuable addition to our junior and senior teams.'

Seven employees have also received internal promotions, including Lorna Croft who has moved from senior account executive to account manager.
