The agencies have won a six-figure account to manage the launch of Bellatora, an exclusive development owned by Al Fara'a Properties.

The brief is to drive sales for the luxury flats, which start at £500,000 each. The agencies have been targeting the financial pages of the nationals and consumer lifestyle magazines.

On Tuesday they organised a launch event in London to attract wealthy British investors. The event was hosted by James Caan of Dragon's Den and opera singer Katherine Jenkins performed.

The development is in Dubai's Maritime City and was designed by Norr, the group behind the Emirates Towers.
