Fleishman bolsters healthcare team

Fleishman-Hillard has bolstered its healthcare division with the appointment of Marc Southern as associate director.

Southern joins the digital healthcare team from OnMedica, where he was head of project management.

In his newly-created role he will provide support across Fleishman-Hillard's three healthcare teams: healthcare PR, healthcare public affairs and the medical education division Remedy. He will also work closely with the agency's digital team in London.

At OnMedica he was responsible for e-communications programmes across a range of therapeutic areas. He is also a qualified pharmacologist and has worked agency-side for ten years specialising most recently in digital healthcare.
