World Vision has created a viral to highlight that 1.1 billion people do not have access to clean water. Retained agency Trimedia is contacting national, consumer, online and broadcast media as well as taking bottles of dirty water to radio and TV stations.

Changing Faces has launched a new strand to its ongoing disfigurement equality campaign to address facial prejudice and discrimination at work. The charity is asking businesses to sign up to a series of commitments. Barclays was the first employer to sign up to the 'Face Equality at Work' campaign.

3 Monkeys Communications is to offer pro bono PR support for The Heroes' Ball. The event raises funds for Help for Heroes, the charity that supports servicemen and women wounded in conflict. 3 Monkeys will handle media relations such as publicising the auction prizes, which include the first civilian Red Arrow flight.

The National Farmers' Union and specialist agricultural charity FARM-Africa have launched an appeal called Africa 100. It asks the UK farming industry to donate money, to improve food production for farmers in East Africa. The Ceres Partnership is handling media for the appeal on a pro-bono basis.
