CADBURY has a new head of public affairs. David Oliver joined the confectionery giant from Fishburn Hedges, where he was associate director.

JAGUAR LAND ROVER is setting up a global government affairs department, to be led by newly appointed director Andrew McCall. The company was recently sold by Ford to Tata Motors.

MANDATE COMMS has a new account director. Katherine Morgan joins from the Treasury, where she was a senior policy analyst.

THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING has named Kate Bridge as stakeholder relations manager. Bridge is PA manager at The Wine and Spirit Association.

ALCOHOL CONCERN has appointed Nicholai Sorensen as director of policy and comms. He will join in August from the Centre for Policy Scrutiny.

THE BRITISH WIND ENERGY ASSOCIATION has hired former Chelgate consultant Jennifer Webber as its first public affairs manager.
