The move comes on the back of winning production company Whizz Kid Entertainment and retaining Virgin Media Television
The division will be headed up by Eulogy director Vicky Beaney, and will offer consumer, corporate and trade PR.
Beaney will work with Eulogy-owned Onlinefire to ensure that online PR is integrated into every campaign strategy.
Eulogy launched Virgin1 and has retained Virgin Media Television's business for ongoing corporate and trade activity.
Whizz Kid Entertainment, makers of The Nokia Green Room and the BAFTAs, brought the agency in after competitive pitch to 'raise the company's factual entertainment credentials within the television community'.
Eulogy will also advise Whizz Kid's digital subsidiary, Tough Cookie.
