Engine Group agency Slice has won an £800k brief to handle all UK consumer and trade activity for four well-known appliance brands. The consumer agency will promote all subsidiaries under the Groupe SEB umbrella, including cookware brand Tefal, fronted by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Slice will launch cast-iron ranges for Tefal, capitalising on Oliver's popularity in the consumer press. The agency will also raise awareness of appliance brands Krups and Moulinex and ironing line Rowenta. Slice won the lucrative business following a three-way pitch involving incumbent BMA Group and consumer tech specialist Nelson Bostock.
