Just Health to promote osteoporosis drug

Healthcare specialist Just Health PR has been jointly hired by Roche and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to promote their osteoporosis drug.

Just won the global account from three-year incumbent agency Virgo Health PR following a competitive pitch. Virgo did not repitch for the account.

Just has been charged with promoting Roche and GSK's Bonviva drug, which is the only once-monthly bisphosphonate indicated for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.

The win follows the hire of senior consultant Kate Howden, who was brought in to grow Just's global offering last year. The agency currently has two global accounts and is looking to further expand its global client base.

Just has also hired Katy Simpson as a senior consultant. She joins from rival shop Virgo Health, where she was senior account manager on Bonviva. Simpson has more than seven years' healthcare PR experience and previously worked at Packer Forbes.

At Just, Simpson will support Howden on the Bonviva business.
