The 'Atlantis, The Palm' resort opens in September this year and includes 17 restaurants and bars, a water park, and a lagoon.
The agencies will work together on a UK corporate, lifestyle and travel media relations brief for the resort.
BGB account director Angela Maini said: 'It will be critical to put into place a campaign to continue the momentum after the grand opening. We will work with trade partners in order to engage interest and drive early bookings, positioning it as a "must experience" hotel and day attraction.'
BGB will target travel, food and wine, lifestyle and spa titles as part of the brief.
