Way to Blue to 'create buzz' around new Apatow flick

Columbia Pictures has brought in digital specialist Way to Blue to promote its latest comedy online.

The London agency will create buzz in the blogosphere for the Judd Apatow film Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox story - a spoof on music biopic Walk the Line.

The film stars cult favourite John C. Reilly, who garnered critical acclaim for his performances in Boogie Nights and Magnolia. Apatow’s recent hits include comedies Superbad, Knocked Up and The 40 Year Old Virgin.
Way to Blue will raise the profile of Walk Hard leading up to its UK release in January. The digital agency is currently working on Disney’s Enchanted and Dreamworks’ Bee Movie, voiced by comedian Jerry Seinfeld.
