UK price comparison website Confused.com is reviewing its consumer PR account, putting seven-year incumbent Grayling on alert.

Confused.com PR manager Jennifer Rose said the pitch would take place this month, with a view to app­ointing an agency in December. She said the company was looking to step up its PR strategy for 2008 in view of increased competition in the price comparison sector.

Rose added that the successful agency would be exp­ected to incorporate broadcast PR and social ­media outreach into its programme.

Grayling’s Bristol office will be pitching alongside Octane PR, Band & Brown, Polhill Communications and one other unnamed agency.
